“In this maze of possibilities, it’s easy to lose yourself. But on your darkest day, you can find your way, when you’ve got a friend to help.”

As a queer, neurodivergent human and counselor (LCPC), I believe having a space where we can be our full selves without the burden of judgement is a radical act of care. In a world that often tells us to shrink, perform, or hide the parts of ourselves that feel too strange or too much, showing up honestly takes courage.

In our work together, I am committed to collaborating with you to create a space where you get to explore your internal and external world. We will explore the stories you carry and what seems to be asleep or awake within your mind and body–giving voice to the parts of yourself that never had room to be seen or heard.
Drawing from Existentialism, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychodynamic frameworks, our work will be as unique as you are. And because healing doesn’t have to be confined to a couch, we may also bring in body-doubling, ritual, play, or the outdoors. After all, sometimes the most honest parts of us show up when we’re creating or moving.

I believe healing happens in relationship. My work is rooted in walking alongside people as they navigate some of life’s most tender and complex moments. Whether you're untangling from anxiety or depression, healing from trauma—personal, intergenerational, or systemic—or exploring who you are within your relationships, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I strive to make therapy as accessible as possible within the realities of private practice. I am in-network with BCBS PPO and UnitedHealthcare (UBH) plans, offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots, and am happy to help you explore out-of-network reimbursement options. For those paying out of pocket, session fees range from $150-200, depending on whether you are seeking individual or relationship therapy.
