(they/she)
I am a white, queer, neurodivergent therapist dedicated to community care, embodied healing, and living with integrity. My work is rooted in the rich intersections of identity, music, comfort, and spiritual tradition. I integrate tarot, bodywork, and connection to nature as ways of honoring the cycles we move through, the stories we carry, and the relationships that sustain us.
Community is the heart of my healing journey and my work. I believe we thrive through connection, shared stories, and collective care, and I hold space for those vital bonds to deepen and flourish.
I remain deeply engaged in my own ongoing journey of tending to life’s complexities — its burdens and delights — with curiosity and openness. I am an imperfect human who has carried grief, wrestled with doubt, felt the weight of insecurity, and known the ache of otherness. These lived experiences shape my work and allow me to meet others with empathy, presence, and care.
I identify as a house witch, pleasure activist, existentialist, and psychedelic medicine enthusiast.
At the core of my work is a commitment to deep relational presence and co-creating spaces where others can reconnect with their own aliveness, meaning, and sense of self. In this role, I serve as a guide — someone who helps illuminate the path without directing it, honoring each person’s unique rhythms, truths, and transformations.
I am a Certified Sex Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a homegrown human being passionate about supporting individuals in reclaiming their most authentic selves and cultivating deeper connection and purpose— so that we can all thrive.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and live and practice in Chicago, where I share a home with my partner and our rescued pet pigeon, Huxley.
