I offer three types of therapy.

I am not currently accepting new clients.

I believe that authenticity reclaimed is key to embodied healing.

I offer therapy to individuals and people in relationships (including friendships). I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST).

Clients come to me seeking to awaken their authentic selves and unearth the oppressive narratives that have undermined their confidence and capacity for pleasure. I particularly enjoy working with those who long to understand what is at the root of pain and suffering. Through our work together, I guide clients to know themselves more deeply and make meaning of their experiences in ways that fosters liberation.

My work is grounded in existential therapy, with a strong emphasis on identity development and what it means to live authentically. I integrate anti-oppressive, psychodynamic, and ACT-informed approaches to help you make sense of your experiences in both personal and collective contexts.

In my work with people in relationships, I welcome and support all relationship constellations, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and blended partnerships—as well as friendships and queer platonic relationships.

In addition to sex therapy as a stand-alone offering, sex therapy is available as a complement to other therapy. Our sexual selves are an important aspect of who we are—as individuals and in relationship with others!

I am committed to bodily autonomy and fat positivity. I am also substance-use affirming. Inclusivity is at the core of my values and advocacy.

At this time, I do not offer child or family therapy.

Experiential therapy components to support deeper connection, insight, and integration

  • Nature can be a powerful co-facilitator — offering space for grounding, movement, and reflection. Sessions may take place outdoors when weather permits, integrating the natural world into the healing process.

I support individuals of all abilities in accessing the outdoors in ways that honor their unique needs and experiences.

  • Expressive methods like storytelling, art-making, and imagination help access deeper layers of emotion and insight, inviting creativity into the therapeutic space.

  • Personalized rituals can mark life transitions, support integration, and deepen connection to inner wisdom. This may include working with tarot or oracle cards, honoring seasonal shifts, or co-creating meaningful practices.
