I offer three types of therapy.
-
Individual Therapy
-
Relationship Therapy
-
Sex Therapy
I am not currently accepting new clients.
I believe that reclaiming authenticity is a vital doorway to embodied healing—and that healing deepens in spaces where we are free to show up as our full selves.
I offer therapy to individuals and people in relationship—whether romantic partners, friends, chosen family, or constellations that defy easy categorization. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST), I also support those seeking to reconnect with their sexual selves, with care that honors autonomy, desire, and pleasure.
Many who work with me are seeking to unearth the stories—personal and cultural—that have shaped their sense of self. Together, we explore the roots of pain, disconnection, and longing, not to fix what is broken, but to liberate what is true. This work is for those who ache to live with more honesty, tenderness, and meaning.
My approach is grounded in existential and feminist therapy, with a strong emphasis on identity development and what it means to live authentically in a complex world. I integrate anti-oppressive, psychodynamic, and ACT-informed practices, always holding your lived experience within broader social and cultural contexts.
In relationship work, I welcome all ways of loving and being together—including monogamous, polyamorous, non-monogamous, and blended relationships, as well as queer platonic connections and deep friendships.
Sex therapy is available both as a stand-alone offering and as a part of broader therapeutic work. Our sexual selves are not separate from our emotional lives—they are woven into our sense of agency, creativity, and connection with others.
My practice is firmly rooted in fat positivity, bodily autonomy, and substance-use affirmation. At the core of everything I offer a commitment to inclusive, liberatory care—so that each person has the space to belong, heal, and thrive, in community.
At this time, I do not offer child or family therapy.

Experiential therapy components to support deeper connection, insight, and integration
-
Nature can be a powerful co-facilitator — offering space for grounding, movement, and reflection. Sessions may take place outdoors when weather permits, integrating the natural world into the healing process.
I support individuals of all abilities in accessing the outdoors in ways that honor their unique needs and experiences.
-
Expressive methods like storytelling, art-making, and imagination help access deeper layers of emotion and insight, inviting creativity into the therapeutic space.

Personalized rituals can mark life transitions, support integration, and deepen connection to inner wisdom. This may include working with tarot or oracle cards, honoring seasonal shifts, or co-creating meaningful practices.
