Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we can alone. Daily responsibilities can feel heavy, especially when layered with the pressures of social, cultural, and institutional systems that shape how we use our time and energy. These demands can feel isolating, overwhelming, or never-ending.

Body Doubling is a practice of shared presence. It is a way to move through tasks and intentions with support by your side. In these sessions, I hold space alongside you with nonjudgemental attention, creating a container where you can feel supported, and move through tasks with ease.

Body Doubling goes beyond task completion. It offers a chance to practice asking for help, staying connected, and trusting that you don’t have to do everything alone. It can be woven into individual or relationship therapy, where we explore challenges and develop ways to lean into community with more comfort and confidence.

Our work may include:

  • Moving through tasks with focused, attuned presence

  • Accountability as you engage in your work or projects

  • Support for grounding, clarity, and sustained attention

  • Cultivating ease, connection, and shared energy in the process

This practice honors the reality that life is hard enough, and that we are stronger together. Even the most challenging tasks can become opportunities to connect, build resilience, and experience the power of shared presence. Over time, Body Doubling can help you cultivate trust in yourself and others, develop strategies for learning on your community, and bring more ease and clarity into both ordinary and complex moments of daily life.
