Individual Therapy

Therapy is more than a service.
It is a sacred space to explore yourself.
Here, nothing needs to be fixed.
Everything has a place.
It is a journey of remembering,
a journey back to your authentic self.

I hold space for those navigating the tender and sometimes turbulent parts of life. My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for your inner resilience. I meet you where you are—whether you’re carrying grief, wrestling with identity, facing uncertainty, or seeking meaning amid change.

I work closely with neurodivergent individuals, with care for how communication styles, sensory experience, and nervous system differences shape both inner life and relationships. My practice is 2SLGBTQIA+ compentent, kink-affirming, and informed by extensive training in sex therapy. I approach identities, desires, and relationship structures with care and respect.

Our work may include:

  • Exploring your inner world: thoughts, feelings, and experiences

  • Support for embracing identity, authenticity, and self-expression

  • Tools for navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions

  • Support for communication and building meaningful, sustaining relationships

  • Practices that help you reconnect you with your body and intuition

Healing often involves restoring connection—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. It also means acknowledging how social and cultural systems affect our lives. You are welcome here as you are. Together, we make space for the full range of your experience: fear and courage, uncertainty and creativity, and the freedom to define what a meaningful life looks like for you.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. We pay attention to patterns, bring language to what has been difficult to name, and work towards ways of living that feel more honest and sustainable. My work draws from existential, relational, somatic, and creative approaches, with attention to the whole person.
