Relationship Therapy
Relationships are mirrors and teachers,
reflecting both our greatest joys and our deepest pains.
They raise questions about connection, trust, intimacy, and how we show up for one another. In therapy with me, these dynamic can be explored with openness and compassion, creating space to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
I honor all forms of loving and being together—monogamous and non-monogamous partnerships, queer-platonic bonds, and deep friendships. Love is not one shape, and each relationship has its own rhythms, tensions, and possibilities.
I work closely with neurodivergent individuals and partnerships, supporting the ways communication, sensory experiences, and nervous systems shape relationships. My practice is 2SLGBTQIA+ competent, kink-affirming, and informed by extensive training in sex therapy, so identities, desires, and relationship structures are met with care and attunement.
Our work may include:
Patterns of communication, attachment, and connection
Conflicts that feel stuck or are unresolvable
Boundaries, desire, and negotiation of needs
Healing from betrayal, loss, or unmet expectations
Cultivating intimacy, trust, and shared growth
Identity, neurodivergence, and how they shape connection
My approach is relational, existential, and integrative. We explore what unfolds between you and others, as well as your inner world— fears, longings, shadows, and capacities for love. Therapy becomes a practice of seeing yourself clearly and understanding the deeper truths shaping your relationships.
I believe relationships are spaces for transformation. Whether you are navigating challenges, deepening intimacy, or reimagining connection, this is a supported place to learn, grow and cultivate relationships that honor the full spectrum of who you are.
