Relationship Therapy
Relationships are mirrors and teachers, reflecting both our greatest joys and our most difficult pains. They carry questions that touch the heart of connection, trust, and intimacy. In therapy with me, these dynamics can be explored with openness and compassion, creating space where you can come to understand yourself and your relationship(s) more deeply.
I honor all forms of loving and being together, including monogamous and non-mongamous partnerships, queer-platonic bonds, and deep friendships. Love is not one shape, and each relationship carries its own rhythms, tensions, and possibilities.
I also work closely with neurodivergent individuals and relationships, supporting the ways communication, sensory experiences, and nervous systems shape connection. I am competent in 2SLGBTQIA+ care, kink-affirming, and bring extensive training in sex therapy to ensure identities, desires, and relational structures are met with respect and attunement.
In our work together, we may explore:
Patterns of communication, attachment,
and connection
Conflicts that feel stuck or
unresolvable
Boundaries, desire and the negotiation
of needs
Healing from betrayal, loss, or
unmet expectations
Cultivating intimacy, trust, and
shared growth
Identity and neurodivergence, and
how they shape connection and self-understanding
My approach is relational, existential, and integrative. We look at what unfolds between you and others, as well as the inner world you bring to those connections—your fears, longings, shadows, and capacities for love. Therapy becomes a practice of seeing yourself clearly and understanding the deeper truths shaping your relationships.
I believe relationships are spaces for transformation. In our work, you can meet vulnerability without judgement, begin to face discomfort without shame, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and those you care for.
Whether you are navigating challenges, deepening intimacy, or reimagining what connection can be, this is a supported place to learn, grow, and cultivate relationships that honor the full spectrum of who you are.
